Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

For free trial sign-ups, you may cancel at any time during the free trial period and incur no charge. PayPal is currently being used by Owner to process all online payment transactions including one-time and recurring subscription payments. All cancellations may be performed by the Website Member or Owner at PayPal.com and not at H-Impact.com. For directions on canceling a subscription click here. Monthly H-Impact subscriptions and any H-Impact subscription that is billed on a monthly basis may be cancelled at any time at PayPal.com resulting in the update and access to resources on H-Impact.com. These monthly subscriptions may be eligible for a refund depending on the circumstances. H-Impact reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on company guidelines and on a case by case basis. For subscriptions that are longer than a month where the complete subscription amount is required at one time, a cancellation during the first 30 days will result in a full refund. If such subscription starts with a free trial, the 30 day refund period starts upon conclusion of the free trial. For all subscriptions greater than a month, you may cancel up to seven days after the renewal date and be eligible to receive a full refund. For all cancellations, access to the applicable website content will no longer be available and additional subscription billing will not occur agreed upon renewal cycle. Again, cancellations may be performed by the Website Member or Owner at PayPal.com and not at H-Impact.com. In Order for H-Impact to process the cancellation, your cancellation must be received by end of business (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on the appropriate day as described above. Event Cancellations and Refunds

H-Impact allows for event cancellation and refunds under the following conditions. An H-Impact event includes training, conferences, seminars and more.

Allow a minimum of 2 business days for processing of refund requests. A full (100%) event fee refund shall be made if the individual officially cancels 2 days prior to the start date of the event.

All cancellations may be performed by the Website Member or Owner at PayPal.com and not at H-Impact.com.

In Order for H-Impact to process the cancellation, your cancellation must be received by end of business (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on the appropriate day as described above.

To ensure the refund is processed successfully you must be sure to always review and update your information at PayPal.com. As with all online payment transactions, please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be processed or be placed back into your account.

Owner cannot and does not review all User Content feedback, nor does it have any control over the same. Under no circumstances shall Owner be held responsible or liable for any claims or damages arising out of any reviews or feedback.

Owner may remove, edit or reinstate User Content at our sole discretion.
