Canceling a Video Plan

All video plans are canceled through PayPal and not on the H-Impact website. These are the instructions for canceling a video plan using either the PayPal Classic view or PayPal's newly redesigned view. Canceling a video plan will terminate any additional recurring billing from the canceled plan. Just a quick note, canceled plans cannot be restarted. Upon canceling a plan you will not be able to watch the videos from the canceled plan. In order to watch videos which you previously were able to watch under the canceled plan you must purchase a like plan or a different plan that includes the videos previously accessible through the canceled plan.

• Log into your PayPal account.

• Go to the My Account tab and browse the history of payments. Click on the Details Link of the payment you need to cancel.

• This takes you to the Transaction Details page.

• Click on the View Details Link again to get to the Subscription Details page.

• Click on the Cancel link. Once you do this a dialog box pops up letting you know that you are about to cancel this profile.

• Click on the Cancel Profile button. This takes you to the Subscription Details page. You will see the Canceled profile.

• Log into your PayPal account.

• Go to the Summary tab and browse the history of payments.

• Click the payment you need to cancel.

• This will show you the details of the purchase. Click on the Manage H-Impact LLC payments link.

• This will take you to the Subscription Details. At the bottom of the page click on the Cancel Subscription button.

• The Cancel Subscription page comes up. You can now click on either the Cancel Subscription button or the Do Not Cancel button.

• Once you click on the Cancel Subscription button the Subscription Details page comes up and it will show your canceled subscription.
